Please read these Terms of Service (“Agreement”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using www.unlockforest.com (“the Site”) operated by Infinite Loop (“us”, “we”, or “our”). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at www.unlockforest.com.

The following are the Terms of Service relating to all orders placed on www.unlockforest.com. By ordering an Unlock Service for your phone you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Customer Responsibilities

When placing an order you are fully responsible for providing the correct IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) number of your phone, the model of your device and Country-Network(Carrier) your phone is locked to.

Alterations to a cellular device may invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty. You are responsible for checking the device warranty.

Unsupported Carriers(Networks)

Unfortunately we do not support service providers that use CDMA technology: e.g. Verizon, Sprint, US Cellular, Metro PCS etc.

It is the customers responsibility to check the compatibility of their handset with the network they intend to use once unlocked.

Payments

We accept almost any method of payment supported by PayPal. We accept the payment in US Dollars. If you are making a payment in any of the currencies apart from US Dollars, conversion charges may be applied to payments made from different currencies. This conversion is applied by the account/card issuer. We are not responsible for the currency conversions rates. We reserve the right to cancel the orders which we feel are suspicious and/or fraudulent.

Service Delivery

All prices and delivery times are as quoted. Most of our unlock services are instant and can be returned in a matter of a few minutes to a few hours.

In some rare cases there might be some delays in the delivery of the service. When there is any delay we will immediately notify you of any changes to delivery times and keep you informed right up to the point of unlocking, alternatively you can track the your order on our Order Status page.

Refund Policy

If we fail to provide you a unlock code for your IMEI we will issue a 100% refund within 2 business days.

Most of the time an unlock code will be a available for your device and will work without any issues. In a few rare cases the unlock service may not work

  • If the phone is reported as stolen and the carrier has barred/blacklisted it.
  • If your phone is hardlocked ie. too many attempts have been done to unlock your phone before. Depending on the manufacturer of your phone you may have 5-10 attempts to use a unlock code.
  • If the IMEI number, service provider(carrier your phone is locked to) or phone model given to us is incorrect.

If we fail to unlock the handset, we will contact you to confirm that the information entered when the order was placed was accurate.

If all the information entered at the time the order was placed is correct, we reserve the right to require additional evidence to verify the claim that the unlock procedure did not unlock your device. You will be required to send us a video recording showing the device in question, along with the IMEI number displayed on the device screen. Additionally, the video must show you inserting an alternate GSM SIM card in the device and the displayed message on the screen, then you typing the unlock code and the message displayed after you type in the code. These measures are the only way that we can verify the validity of your claim.

For the Video refund, you MUST contact us first, as different devices have different video requirements. If these requirements are not met, our suppliers with whom we work with may refuse a refund.

Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to show up in your account.

Changes to Terms of Service

Infinite Loop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
